     Dr. Vallangeon's Provider team available Monday  - Saturday

Dana S. Vallangeon, M.D.
Dr. Dana Vallangeon is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University where she received the Maggie Sloan Honors Award for Most Outstanding Woman Graduate of 1992. She graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State Medical School and completed her family practice residency at Mount Carmel, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Vallangeon is Board Certified in Family Practice and is on the part time teaching faculty of Mount Carmel Hospital.

Anja Brokaw, NP-C
Anja graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with a Master's Degree in Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to entering the field of health care, she worked as a chemical engineer. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing.




    Dr. Rerko's Provider team available Monday  - Friday

Lindsay Rerko, DO Dr. Rerko, a native of Columbus, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Grant Medical Center where she was a chief resident. Her interests include prenatal care, osteopathic manipulative medicine, medical Spanish, and international medical missions.

Kathryn Kort, FNP Kate graduated from Otterbein College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002. She worked at Riverside Methodist Hospital for seven years, specializing in the areas of cardiology and critical care. In 2010 she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Nursing. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is married and has one daughter.

Dr. Finkenbinder's Provider team available Tuesday  - Saturday
Melanie Finkenbinder, MD  Dr. Finken binder is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Christ Hospital in Cincinnatti. She speaks spanish and is married.

Elizabeth Hoover, FNP Elizabeth graduated from Otterbein College in 2008 with a Master's Degree in Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years in multiple health care settings. She is a member of the Nursing Honorary Society, Sigma Theta Tau.

Adrienne Polite, MD 







Sharon Black, NP-C Sharon graduated from Otterbein College in 2010, Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2007, and Mount Carmel School of Nursing in 1981. She worked as a staff nurse for 20 years in medical, ICU, pediatric homecare, obstetrics and oncology. She homeschooled for 10 years while on sabbatical from nursing. She has seven children and two granddaughters with another on the way.

Suzette Viola, NP-C








  Behavioral Health's Provider team available Monday  - Friday

Mary Johnston, RD Mary is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. She is a Registered Dietician, licensed in the state of Ohio, and a member of the American Dietetic Association. Mary and her husband have two young adult sons. They lived as a family in Haiti, Martinique, and mainland France before returning to Ohio in 2005.

Karen O'Brien, LISW-S Karen graduated from Case Western Reserve with a Masters Degree in Social Science Administration. She has 20 years of clinical experience working with adults, children, and families. She is an adjunct professor at the College of Social Work at OSU. Karen has been with LLCHC since January 2008.
