Limited Psychiatric Care
Dr. Larry Pfahler, a private practice psychiatrist provides on-site care for Lower Lights Chirstian Health Center (LLCHC) patients 16 hours each month. This includes diagnostic and medication management assessments.

Counseling
Karen O'Brien, our LISW, provides supportive clinical counseling for Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) patients experiencing crisis or for those with ongoing mental health diagnoses.

Patient Advocacy
Our patient advocates, Jennifer Fraker and Hannah Kurtz, provide additional patient services by assisting patients with available resources and helping them navigate through the health care system.

Financial Counseling/Case Management
Services include:

• Sliding fee/payment plan counseling
  
• Insurance eligibility screening

We accept new patients with or without health insurance. We accept most major insurance plans. Medicare and Medicaid are welcomed and accepted. For patients with no insurance coverage, fees for services are based on a sliding fee scale according to each patient's family income.
